3. Copper Products

Copper products may naturally develop changes in colour, tone or patina over time due to exposure to air, moisture and normal use.

Such natural changes are a characteristic of copper and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Customers should follow the care and maintenance instructions provided with the product.

Copper products should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the product-specific care and usage instructions.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact you regarding the order and offer an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

In the event of an inadvertent pricing or product information error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order. If payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
